Ministry:
Ordained in 1972, Dr. Talley has had many years of ministry experience in a broad spectrum of teaching and developing
innovative ministries.
He was a leader in the "Jesus Movement" 1970-1976.
He developed a strong ministry to thirty to fifty year old married couples at First Baptist Church, Modesto, California.
As a singles pastor, he also built an internationally recognized singles ministry that has trained leaders from over ten countries.
He was the former director of the National Singles Conference and a long-term member of the National Association of Singles
Adult Leaders (NASL).
